What it does
OurPass was a Nigerian one-click checkout and e-commerce solutions startup founded in 2021 by Samuel Eze, Gbeminiyi Laolu-Adewale, and Rogers Mugisa. It raised $1 million in pre-seed funding led by Tekedia Capital. Both co-founders Laolu-Adewale (2022) and Mugisa (2023) departed early. The company shut down its office in March 2025, with former employees reporting unpaid salaries and customers unable to access their funds as of August 2025.
