What it does

TechCabal is Africa's leading technology media platform, covering startup news, innovation, policy, and digital economy developments across the continent. Founded in 2014 by Seyi Taylor and Bankole Oluwafemi as part of Big Cabal Media, TechCabal has grown into the most influential tech publication in Africa. It also publishes TC Daily, a popular daily tech newsletter, and organizes the Moonshot Conference, Africa's premier tech event. Big Cabal Media raised a $2.3M seed round in 2022 and has grown to over 100 employees. TechCabal's coverage has expanded from Nigeria-focused to pan-African reporting.
