Founded in 1992 by John Obaro, SystemSpecs evolved from a software reseller into one of West Africa's leading financial technology and enterprise HR infrastructure providers. The company created Remita, the electronic platform powering Nigeria's Treasury Single Account (TSA) and national payment infrastructure. It restructured into SystemSpecs Holdings Limited in 2022 to manage multiple specialized subsidiaries.
